Hey, guys! You might remember me coming to talk to you about setting up a memorial a couple of months ago. The good news is that it's gone through, thanks to some help. Well, a lot of help. Shout out to Ambassador Baal for helping make this happen.

Now, we got the area cleared out and all the permits set up, which means that all there's left to do is to build the dang thing. If you wanna help or come check it out, come on down. If you don't want to come until it's ready for people to actually fill it up, come check it out in a couple of weeks for... I guess I'd call it the grand opening? That seems like a weird thing to call the opening of a memorial.

[ He clears his throat. ] Um, anyway! I hope that this place can be helpful. I know it can be rough being here, especially if you've been here as long as I have, so I figured we all needed something permanent - a place where we can kind of leave our marks, you know? And if you need more help than just a quiet place to hang out, make sure you reach out. There's always people who're willing to help.

[ He wiggles his fingers at the camera. ]
