A young Anton in his late teens is walking down the streets of his town. He'd have to be blind to not see the way people look at him with disdain or hear comments about the 'devil spawn', but he's used to it. People generally weren't too trusting of people descended from literal devils, after all. Sure, this distrust doesn't interfere with his life too much. They're still more than happy to take his money when he buys things, and he's tall and strong so despite the distrust people are still willing to hire him here and there for odd jobs. It's not that they make his life terrible, just...terribly isolating. And that's why, when the young human man addresses him, Anton is intrigued.

"Wouldn't you like to do something to get back at them?" he asks.

Anton, intrigued, takes a step closer. "What do you mean?"

"I've seen how they treat you. Me and my crew, we've never terribly fond of these upstanding citizens ourselves, but you...you seem more our type. What do you say? Want to run with us for a bit, see if you can find a place where you belong?"

And that right there is just the right thing to say to get Anton's full interest.

"You know...I think I'd like to check out this crew of yours. See if I like it."

[The videos start pouring online within minutes of the glitch at the Swear-In. It's like something out there is propagating them. Fact of the matter is that something was. Bless David's own, personal VR glasses that he'd been perfecting over the years. Wait, no, curse them, because they just keep resending the videos under new and exciting methods, until they're spreading through other file transfer systems online.

Nothing like some buzz about someone who is already getting a PR blast from a new TV show, right?

But the memories are there, ready to be seen and felt and experienced. And, until the whole mess goes down David's voice mail greeting changes.]

You've got David. Yes, I know what is happening. If you get a video file with my name in it, please don't open it.
