[Sabriel hasn't quite realized that she's posting a video- she has her communicator pressed to the side of her face, as she would a phone, so all that's on the screen is her unnaturally pale cheek and a little bit of short black hair.]
I- is this how you use it? Is it on? [She clears her throat, and does her best to sound like a calm and authoritative young lady, rather than a confused teenager.]
Hell, everyone- my name is Sabriel, and I seem to be yet another new arrival to this place- and since, despite my repeated requests, there seems to be no way back to the Old Kingdom, I'll have to do my best to adjust to living here. [But she's not happy about it.]
Although I don't understand why they want me to go back to school, since I graduated a few weeks ago- unless they're planning to send me to University? [Which Sabriel wouldn't mind- she liked school, but just repeating what she'd already learned wasn't appealing.]
Also, since I'll be working in a graveyard, I really ought to ask- are the Dead a problem in this world? Because while I arrived here with my bells, my sword seems to be misplaced.
Thank you very much for listening- and if any of you have seen a little white cat calling himself Mogget, or a man calling himself Touchstone, please tell me.
[Sabriel pulls the phone away, and it's possible to seen her face now- she's young- not any older than eighteen, with bobbed black hair, mail armor, and an unusually grim expression as she pokes at her phone- it takes her a few tries to hit the 'post' button.]

[it takes him a moment, since even Jojos can't sense Important Capitalization over video. but not very long, since there's only one sort of dead that could really cause anything close to a problem.]
Ah, no, it seems that this world is incapable of creating such creatures on its own. For the time being it doesn't seem as if any of our fellow imPorts are inclined to call them into existence either.
[he phrases it like this because he's aware of at least one asshole who is capable of changing that pretty rapidly, but hasn't so far and so benefit of the doubt!! there's enough people on Dio's ass, both literal and metaphorical, no need to cause more trouble.]
video;
Thank you- that's a relief! Still, if other imPorts could create them, maybe I should lay down some wards as a precaution- just in case someone decides to cause trouble.

And if this place has got a zombie problem, I can't say I've heard anything about it, but I'm a newbie myself.

Unfortunately, the Porter apparently has its own whims, so going home is difficult and/or impossible at this point in time. For the moment, it seems to be unable to respond anyway.

At the moment, there don't seem to be any Dead, but- well, I intend to take precautions.

[ The former part of which, he's pretty conflicted on, given that it's wrong but at the same time, he's amiable with someone who came back. Kid's giving Sabriel a precise study on the screen. ]
Deid bell?
video;
Who's reviving them? Are they being returned to true life? Are they under the control of a necromancer?
Something like that- they're the seven bells of necromancy, though mine are used to bind and lay to rest- not to raise.

I think the biggest problem they have here might be flooding in cemeteries.

Um...what do you do with these dead when you find them?
[That's kind of a rude question to ask right off, isn't it?]
Sorry. I'm Winry Rockbell. Welcome to...here.

And thank you, Miss Rockbell!

What kind of problems do your Dead cause? I have not heard of any such issue in this realm before.

Thankfully, none of that is a problem here, as far as I know.
