Then that could serve as more fuel to distrust and dislike the government among the general population. [Serve. Like food. Wow. So hard to shake.] If they've worked out an agreement to see to his dietary needs, that shows a sense of responsibility. He knows his biological construction and has taken measures to see to it that it's taken care of. It seems like he has already worked at a chance to do some good.

The potential to go mad with anything, assault, and kill another isn't unique to Kaneki. Or imPorts.
