I can't say it's been dealt with fully, but at least some have been caught- and others have been cured.

As for who or what was responsible- I suspect it's the Hornets, but I have no concrete proof.

I can't disagree- although I don't think there have been any sightings of them since the incidents in Nonah, De Chima, and Charlevoix. I know a few escaped from the raid in Charlevoix, and I recieved some odd information from a Hornet there.

They did... something to their minds. If someone else knows how, you'd have to ask them- I was able to cure some with my abilities, but technology isn't my area of expertise.

Those knowledge gaps are most likely unfilled due to- ah, well. Lachesis' sleeping pattern, most likely. She hasn't exactly shown herself, we're left with a whole lot of mythological references and anecdotal evidence that doesn't tie together.

there are notes that have been collected but everyone seems to take odd interpretations to the accounts given
