Are there any imPort-inclined business presently hiring? My employment at the interior design company appears to have concluded rather... abruptly.

[ Meaning, he totally got fired. Although, it may have been precipitated by the fact that he'd had yet another argument about the merits of symmetry in aesthetic design, and the store owners had put their executive foot down. ]

I do realize I can get employment at a non-imPort establishment, and I will should that be the reasonable choice, but I thought to ask first. I can learn to do any number of tasks, but my strength is in organization.

Incidentally, if there is anyone in Maurtia Falls seeking a job, I can confirm a business with a new opening.

Mostly? Help them dig graves and clean up any trash or vandalism. I'm a groundskeeper there, though I also help with some of the paperwork.

I admit I've gone a... bit beyond that, in my own time. I've been laying spells down to try to keep any spirits from returning, or dead from rising.

No. But better safe than sorry. We don't know what kind of imPorts will arrive in the future, and one of them might turn out to be the less pleasant sort of necromancer. And it's a way for me to keep in practice.

Plus, this way, you can impress people and seem very cool about working at a nightclub while never having to deal with the club aspects.

Not so much, no.

[ Kid isn't that worried about impressing people with his job -- he gets enough attention just being an imPort, after all -- but he's not adverse to it either. It's also not like he has a particular sleep schedule, so that's a plus. And hopefully, being an imPort-owned establishment, no one questions why he doesn't show up when there are large explosions happening somewhere. ]

I'll drop him a line. [Kate has every intention of fully endorsing Kid. He and Loki will get on terribly, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Loki needs people like that around from time to time. It keeps him in line, and it takes the focus off his typical chronic self-absorption.]

Spot-wise, consider this concern from your fearless leader. Anyone who opens with a line like that can only spell out trouble.

[ Kid hasn't had any prolonged interactions with Loki yet... they've worked together as part of the Young Avengers, but not individually. Considering that Kate's original call for new members had included teasing Loki as incentive... ]
