I have an announcement to make.

I'm sure you're aware that during the recent incident, some of the affected individuals lost their memories. That was not because of anything Hiro did. [Sabriel hesitates, takes a deep breath, and moves forward.]

It was because of me. In the instant I became a child, I lost control of one of my bells- I was holding it, as part of a demonstration at the fair. That particular bell held powers over memories- to restore them, or take them away. [Admittedly, that isn't the full extent of its powers, but it's the only relevant part at the moment.]

If some of you are angry, that's completely understandable- and I promise, nothing like this will happen again. And I want to apologize for what happened.

I'd also like to thank the people who took care of me while I was a child. I know I was something of a handful back then.

Nah, it's...fine. I'm back to normal now. But it was a pain not remembering when others seemed to recognize me and all. Even Winry. Still, as far as I know I think things seem to have calmed down? Or. Mostly at least.

My bells are magic... and anything with enough magic in it becomes... not truly alive, but something close to it. And this particular bell often tries to ring on its own.

It's good to apologize, but if you didn't have any control over it -- can you fix it for anybody whose memories don't come back on its own?

My memories weren't affected, so this really isn't directed at me but... I really don't think anyone has the right to blame you if you were just as taken off-guard as the rest of us.
