Two questions:

1) Is there a way to dye black hair to make it look like a natural blonde? Emphasis on "natural," preferably.

2) I'm guessing it's a no on this one, but: does tattoo removal work on these dumb imPort tattoos?

I don't know. If dyes don't work, you could try a glamour spell.

And I don't think it would work. The tattoos come from nanites, not ink.

An illusion- one that hides a particular aspect of your appearance. I could probably make one that lasts for a week, with some preparation.

2) The 'tattoo' is only that in name! It's created by nanites under the skin, so you'd have to find a way to remove them entirely!

Nothing. I'm just sick of people always recognizing me whenever I go outside. And dyeing hair is an easier and cheaper option than plastic surgery.

They kind of itch, though.

Dang. I considered wigs, but I was worried they would itch. Sucks that my hunch was right, that sure makes this a lot trickier.

So it looks like my choices are dump a bottle of bleach on my head, or wear an itchy wig in the heat all day.

without the risk of severe damage the answer to both would be no
and of course its always possible that severing one arm could result in the tattoo manifesting on the other
i havent tested it though i suppose if anyone could it would be me
the root of it is in your bloodstream so the only real possibility of ridding yourself entirely would be exsanguinating completely before replacing your blood again
simple dialysis wouldnt be effective as it would still have a place for the nanites to reside
this is why youd need to be drained completely which obviously isnt a viable option for most living imports
and then of course theres always the possibility it wouldnt work anyway as the nanites could have some in-built defense that prevents them from being drained
so the general conclusion is that if you want the tattoo gone youre ultimately fucked
