At home, the girls give the boys presents, and then on March 14th, the boys give presents back.

Boys and girls - both - give presents. Usually to their boyfriends and girlfriends, but not strictly so.

Yeah, no, American's don't do White Day. You've just got Valentine's for everybody to do their thing and that's it. It would be kind of fun to do White Day? but I don't think it'd catch on very fast here.

Maybe with imports, since we already have such diverse crowds. Actually, you know, you might try that. Try starting up a holiday--either an existing one, or one of your own making up--see if it catches on.

I mean, it's mostly a holiday for boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands an' wives. But other people celebrate it, too. I've seen people get things for their friends or coworkers. So really, it's all about how you wanna celebrate it.
