Been workin on something since I got here, figure if we're the only ones avoiding getting brain-scrubbed, we owe it to everybody else to tell the world, right?

If you've got video or audio or just want to talk about shit you went through before you got out, or if people still in there are sending you shit, hit me up or send it over to Edgeworth and he'll get it to me.

[The website itself is a quick and dirty recode of a wordpress rip-off, with sections for News, videos, testimonials and interviews. So far there's just a few descriptions of from people talking about the seminar and things they've seen in the occupied cities, and a series of videos from the seminar, most likely recorded by an import. Faces and clocks have been blurred out to make it more difficult to tell what time and who was recording them.]

[Much earlier in the day, Chloe had met up with her 'vidoe tech advisor' IE: A space ninja, in order to figure out how to encode and get the video online without giving away their sources.]

[So Chloe was sitting in a little cafe a couple blocks from the import apartments, mucking about with some website layouts and waiting for Kasumi to arrive.]

[ And much earlier in the week, Kasumi had gotten a plea from a certain someone to keep an eye on Chloe, so Kasumi had readily offered her assistance as much to help the people who stayed Stateside as to personally help to ease Max's peace of mind.

Kasumi is dressed in a lighter jacket with a hood and armed with two cups of coffee, and she announces her arrival by setting one cup by Chloe and then taking her seat in a chair beside the girl. ]

I hear Mexican coffee's supposed to be good.

[Chloe sat up a bit when the coffee cup was set down.]

Oh hey. Thanks.

[And immediately taken and sipped. Kasumi was just lucky Chloe was between cigarettes at the moment, judging from the little ashtray on her table. And then a thought.]

So...does everything you own have a hood?

[Yes she's teasing.]

As a matter of fact, yes. [ as a matter of fact, no, but she's obviously playing along. She crosses one leg over the other and takes a sip of her own coffee, glancing over at the screen of Chloe's laptop. ]

How's it coming along?

[Chloe's going to believe that, because it's a funny mental image. She turns the laptop so Kasumi can see.]

Just the basics so far. Not really worried about making it fancy or anything, just...to the point.

[ Kasumi gives it a cursory glance--which is all it needs, for now, because it's exactly how Chloe described it--simple and to the point. ]

To the point is probably the best that we can do for this kind of thing, at least for now. Are you keeping track of the traffic we're getting so far?

Yeah, there's not a lot of it yet. Mostly from the states. I figure once we've got more of the video on there I should like...tweet it at the news people or something?

That's a good place to start. I can... see about doing a few extra things to boost our visibility.

[ She's talking about generating a bot to hit the website up and get it pushed up in terms of search results, among other things. That video of Tali from the party may have gotten viral with a little help, but no one needs to know, right? ]

If you're gonna be all vague, you know I gotta ask what you're gonna do.

[ She leans forward, elbows on the table, and responds with an amount of gravitas and a dramatic voice that is completely hammy, ]

The less you know, the better.

[Chloe just groans, but it's a laughing groan.]

Oh god you're doing the cold war spy bullshit too.

[ Kasumi grins, meanwhile, because she is a shitlord. ]

I'm gonna take that as a compliment. Cold war spy bullshit is classic.

I think I liked it better when it was in movies and not...you know...

[Just kind of angrily gestures at everything.]
