[Hello, imPorts! Today, when Saint Walker takes to the network, there is a certain solemnity to his perpetually cheerful features, though that in no way overrides the pleasantness in his voice. It is out of acknowledgment of their current predicament; nothing more.]

Good afternoon. To say that the past few months have been trying would, I think, be something of an understatement. I am unable to make any grandiose statements that alleviate this tension, nor am I able to offer any suggestions on what one may do on the macro scale. What I would like to offer, however, is my personal help to any of you who may be feeling the strain of these trying times.

Where I am from, I often guided those in need of assistance in sorting out complicated feelings, and guided others in the art of meditation. Whether one is facing great problems or small - and I assure you, I have provided my help to people who fit both of these categories - meditation can help with that, whether it is to assist in bringing about even temporary inner peace and calm, or bringing clarity to matters that need addressing.

More than I know. The Green Lantern of this world has told me that I am simply not aware of at least one other faction. The ones that I have met, however, are the Green Lanterns, who are powered by will, and the Red Lanterns, who are powered by rage. Each colour represents some part of the emotional spectrum, you see.

I feel sorry for whatever poor color got stuck with apathy. They're probably jealous of the happiness color.

I suppose any variety of emotion is possible, but from what I have witnessed, it requires a certain... strength of emotion. You cannot simply feel angry and be chosen by the Red Lantern Corps. You must well and truly feel rage. It is an odd arrangement, to be sure.

My comment still stands! I'm sure there's someone apathetic enough to be part of the...what color's free, Teal? The Teal Lantern Corps?

But I have only just learned of a Corps built around love that is fond of possessions so I am open to the possibility of being wrong. We are, I'm afraid, quite removed from the rest.

Weaponized greed...well, can't say that's entirely new.

You should lay off the hermit thing a bit more in your world, so that you can learn more about the other Corps and tell me of them.

[Saint Walker laughs.]

You can no longer accuse me of being a hermit! I spent my days engaging in interplanetary travel. My days of isolation are over -- which is likely for the better.

[He misses it, sometimes. The isolation of it should have been lonely, and indeed it was, but he had also grown a sense of peace that has been thoroughly dismantled here. One of these days, he'll simply leave for a week at a time, regain his bearings, but now is not that time.]

But you must understand that I dwell in Frontier Space. The places where the other Lanterns dwell... it would take far, far more time to travel there than I currently possess. And it is Frontier Space that I believe needs my help.

Considering that I'm this close to picking up a stray, I'm afraid I've got to turn in my hermit card as well.

[ he's pretty sure he's found someone who, given the opportunity, he'd take with him as a travel companion. ]

I imagine that Frontier Space carries the characteristics of Frontier Anything? Barely settled, open, wide, a tiny bit lawless?

More settled than others should like to believe, but yes, our planets are further spaced apart, and the spaces in between are entirely lawless. The cursory attempt was made from outsiders, but the result was calamitous. Since then, it is an area that has been left to its own self-regulatory devices, for better or for worse.

[And often, it's both at the same time.]

Sounds like a place that needs a little hope here and there.

My thoughts precisely. If others will not reach out to lend a hand, I do not see why I shouldn't!

The Good Samaritan of space. I hope the Frontier Space knows how lucky it is.

Most of Frontier Space is not aware that I exist -- not yet, anyway. I'm afraid my work was interrupted by being brought here, but it will make little difference; I rather suspect I will be working in Frontier Space until the day I die.

[He says that rather cheerfully, though. Death ain't so bad.]

I cannot help but wish that you would be from my universe as well. I can think of many planets that would delight you.

Who knows, parallel universes have parallel versions of us. Maybe your universe has a Doctor who's still on Gallifrey, running around on some other system, about to run into Saint Walker eventually.

That is a rather nice thought. But while I would certainly enjoy meeting him, it would not be the same as taking you there, my friend. You would delight in meeting Mogo, I'm certain of it.

Is he another Blue Lantern?

Close. Close, but not quite. A Green Lantern ring came to me, you see, but upon my rejection, it went to Mogo. He is a sentient planet. He is very old, you see, and very wise as well.

[ The Doctor just grins. SENTIENT PLANET, that is so coooooool. ]

Can we petition the Porter to bring Mogo to this universe?

I would certainly welcome his presence here! Though if he were, I fear that you would be robbed of my scintillating company. I lived on his surface for quite some time, and would like to do so again! He is a beautiful planet, albeit an unkind one to those who would be unkind in turn.

Scuze you, I'd join you for a while!

Ah, but only for a while! If I was not careful, I would likely spend much, much longer there.

[He doesn't miss people when he's away, not truly. It's so easy to lose yourself in the silence, in the solitude, and to lose track of when days melt into weeks, weeks into months.]

It is -- he is beautiful, however, and I imagine that you would spend at least a few weeks there. He has full control over everything on his surface, you see, from the growth of the trees to the slant of the mountains. It is one of the most spectacular things I have ever seen and I have, I think, seen quite a lot.

A living planet... [ and here, the Doctor can't help but shake his head, grinning as he sighs ] Again, that sounds absolutely wonderful. I make it my point to travel, but I could see myself staying someplace like there for a while.

He makes it easy, certainly. You have never found a planet so wonderful that you were tempted to reside there permanently? I know that I certainly have. More than one, in fact.

Naaaah. I've always had a bit of wanderlust—probably always will.
