[With the video there is a cloud of smoke that gradually clears to reveal a blonde looking over some of the paper she was left with.]
So even here you have to register, and I suppose they’re able to track you wherever you go too? Really it’s not all that different from home. Though I wonder how many more people would be willing to work for the MWPSB if they allowed us to go out and have as much fun as we want every now and then like this place. It’s so great to actually get to lay out on the beach and get a little sun, feel the sand and the water between your toes. Even if it does seem to get everywhere.
I have to admit though, you'd never hear this much about elections. Sure politics and foreign policy but it's kind of strange to see so many people running for a position, and that the elections seem pretty open. What are they going to be the ambassador of anyways?
[Setting the pamphlet down though she claps her hands together and smiles, leaning in a little closer to the camera.]
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone needed a little extra help so I could earn some extra money on the side since I don't think a blog will pay that much. I’m really good with computers, and if there’s a pharmacy or something around that has an opening I’m a licensed practitioner. I need someone to show me around some too, where all the good places are that can be a little hard to find. I’d be really grateful.
I’m counting on you.

As for 'good places', that depends what you're looking for.
Video
I was hoping for someplace good to eat, maybe have a little fun and of course find some clothes.
Video
Well, I can give you addresses for my favorite places in Nonah and Maurtia Falls- the ones in Nonah should offer you a discount for being an imPort.
Video
[At the later new though she smiles again clapping her hands together.]
Really? That would be great, you're the best.
Video
[But she sends over a list of addresses.]

But man, the Division Ones all trickling in, aren't they? At this rate, all they're missing is Gino and Kunizuka.]
Probably. But it's not too bad as far as leashes go, huh?
[Honestly, it's hard for him to see the nanites as a leash at all, even though practically, there likely is a catch somewhere. It's more freedom than they've had in a long time.]
...You're coming in at an eventful time, Shion. I've got to admit, I'm even a little bit intrigued by the elections.
[Truly open elections, without puppet politicians chosen by Sybil? He can't even really picture it, despite having read plenty in his books.]

Something we'd probably never have seen back home huh? I wonder if this is the way things used to be, back before Sybil.

On the plus side, there's a lot less people trying to kill you in there.
[At her other comment though, he pauses to light up a cigarette, taking a drag and exhaling before he answers again]
Masaoka says it is, anyway. And it seems to match most of what I've read about it.
[Except for the whole Cold War thing, that's weird. But otherwise...it lines up fairly closely]

[Well maybe not everyone, but she really did care about those who didn't.]
Must have been nice, if not a bit confusing.

[He goes quiet for a little bit, then. Kogami's been kind of stubbornly in denial of the possibility of having any positive feelings about this place for a variety of reasons, most of which wrap back around to "Sasayama" and "killing Makishima." Obsession, what obsession, there's no obsession here, shhhh.]
Advantages and disadvantages, I guess.
[There, that sounds sufficiently neutral enough. Now for a hasty subject change.]
Where did you get housed, Shion?

[Shion gave him a small wink teasing him, though Akane-chan was rather cute.]
Heropa number 26. I still haven't really got to meet my roommates.

[He's smiling, though, a loose, casual expression.]
They're running to be Ambassadors of two of our imPort cities. What they basically are are dudes that're supposed to let the government know what we want, or what we think needs changing. But, [he tilts his head, in the air of someone giving a confession,] I think they do a lot more of just building training facilities and stuff. It's still pretty important, though.
video
[Shion grins a bit, it was pretty nice compared to thing, granted it had been pretty shocking at first. Especially after talking with Kogami.]
So they're representatives basically, that oversee and approve new facilities. So who picked the candidates? It's not like just anyone can do something like that.
Re: video
[Jaime says it a little wryly, but doesn't expand upon it beyond that. He wants to welcome people, not try and scare them about a situation they'll have to deal with regardless.]
You're wrong about one thing, though; anyone can run. One dude's idea of a speech was to basically yell about being King. [A beat.] Kinda hoping he doesn't win. Technically speaking, if you decided you wanted to run, you probably could; you just wouldn't get a lotta votes.

But I've forgotten my manners, I'm sorry. Malms Vovokosi, at your service.

[Maybe she had gotten a bit over her head all of the sudden. But then they seemed nice enough.]
