True. ( a sigh ) It's just so difficult to get an honest answer when the political culture encourages the duplicity. Everyone accuses everyone else of being 'crooked' or doing what's necessary to get money, but then acts all offended when it turns out they have been doing illegal things by their laws.

It would be much easier to do away with it all together, and be up front about it.
