So much going on it feels like every time we get five minutes something else blows up. Maybe I should just not sit down and get involved in things. Apparently everyone seems content enough to just sit there and let these things happen to them. Oh they'll shout and say they played the hero, saved that person from being hit by falling rubble and all, but no-one seems keen on being proactive on it. Just sitting, day to day, wondering when the next building collapses.

And we would need to find out what the cause of these things are first. It's all very well saying something attacked, but it didn't just come from nowhere.

That's what's really puzzling about this. You'd think that no matter who's attacking, the government would find someone to blame and attack in turn.

Yet all we get is relatively little hostility toward imPorts.

The difficulty is twofold, I feel. First, the pace of events is so swift that much energy is needed for reacting, and little is available for efforts to prevent or investigate.

Secondly... there are some questions which are difficult to answer without risking the displeasure of our gracious hosts in this world. And I am sure you can appreciate how much our lives depend on avoiding that displeasure.

We would need to try and locate where these things originate from to begin with. Nothing happens without a cause.

Right, I suppose all ImPorts have to worry about this stuff. I just got here last month and there's already been so much, it's really not all that different from home after all.
