Video; It sounds like SAW neverland edition
[The feed turns on and surprise, surprise, guess who it is. It's Peter Pan, the evil forest hobo. He's sitting in front of the light of a campfire with that usual smug expression.]
I'm bored fellow imports. So, why don't we play a game?
[And he raises a hand as if to stop someone from shouting at him or hanging up from across the screen (obviously he can't if you really want to but it's merely a gesture)]
and before you all just hang up or start throwing your usual boring insults I believe it's a game you'll truly want to play.
Why? Because the prize is an answer. An answer to any burning question you so desire. A completely truthful answer. [there's just a tiny smirk before he goes on:] You might all find that hard to believe but when I play my games I always follow the rules. [his rules anyways.]
And for transparency's sake I will only be giving out THREE answers as a prize to three different people. It wouldn't be much of a game if everyone could win.
So, do you want to play a game?
It's simple. [And suddenly a deck of cards appears in his hand and he draws three from the deck. An ace of hearts, a 7 of spades and 10 of clubs.]
I lay these face down and you must choose the ace.

(ooc note: not actually how his face appears. Regular-face in the icon above is his standard appearance right now)

Then I guess this will be boring for the both of us.

And what happens when you pick wrong.

That's a threat if I ever heard one. A very bad one.
But, have it your way. I'm not really one to entertain non risk takers. [ Yes, Pan is trying to bait this guy. Get something out of him. What will be the response? ]

That would possibly be the saddest way to go but that tends to only work on faeries. If the stories are to be believed.

Hm, you'd be correct. Stop believing in such a ruler and their whole platform crumbles beneath them. A social death where they no longer can sway the masses to their cause.

And nobody needs that mess.

I always found that having few rules as possible always benefited people. Far more fun that way. [ revelling in chaos ]

[ He gestures around himself, to mean more where they are, this society, whatever. ]
Rules. A routine to follow. Expected outcomes. Rewards, consequences. You wanna win, you gotta have an ace in the hole, know the dealer, or make the right plays. Ask the right questions.
It just gets a little more interesting when people decide they're not interested in playing anymore. Or that they don't have to.

They didn't mention fun being illegal. Sticks up asses is a bad medical condition. Right card.
[Connie he hasn't even put the cards down yet...]
sorry this is coming so late
You'd be right on the first bit. Seems like many people suffer from that.
[ and he'll flip the card and it's the 7 of spades. ]
Wrong.
