( oh, look, the savior does have a face! she rarely bothers to show it on the network, in fact, this might be her first time. some might remember her username, as the same woman that felt overwhelmed by her powers and desperate for hobbies much more recently. or maybe they don't. either way, Emma seems a little nervous, though she offers cautious smile to the network. )
Hey. So, I imagine I'm not the only one missing home right about now. ( she's never actually gotten a chance to spend the holidays with her family, but that's not making it any easier for her. she'd never cared about Christmas until she had a family she wasn't spending it with. ) This is maybe the worst time for it, if you ask me, and while I can't send you back home, I thought I could do something.
I'm a party planner by trade, here, and I've learned enough skills that I thought I'd offer. I can't say I care much about the office Secret Santa pool, but I thought maybe my fellow imports might.
( or might not. who knows. she's going to give it a try, anyway. ) If you give me your name, and some things you like, I'll float your name along the line and give you a name to shop for, too. It's not much, but hey. All of us will have at least one present under the tree. ...Or not, if you don't have a tree. I'm not judging.
If you want to participate, let me know. It might not be for everyone, but maybe it'll make this season a little easier for us that are away from home. ( and having a task is sure going to help her from thinking about she's far away from home, so... give her something to do, please, she's begging you. )
