Um hi everyone! I uh...I'm Sarah Rainsford and I've just arrived here, here being Maurtia Falls specifically. It's a little overwhelming to suddenly be in a whole new world all alone without any friends, but I guess I'll manage. I've been given a nice job and a home so it can't be all bad right? [A weak smile, blah blah blah, there's nothing else she needs to say to establish her pseudo-character, so on to the important stuff, finding out who here might be a threat to her.]

I just wanted to know if there's anyone out there from my own world. I'm from a city called Metropolis, has anyone heard of that? Maybe Gotham? Although that's not a very nice place, but it would be kinda nice to talk to anyone from home.

[Now to see which fishes come and bite at the bait she's dangled for them.]

[She holds up her hands and sharp chitinous claws sprout from her fingertips, an easy enough power for her to fake.]

I don't want to hurt anyone though. [This identity is a mouse she's decided.] What is it that you can do?

[Gemini often can't remember what pain feels like so maybe her acting's a little off going by that raised eyebrow, but otherwise she seems to have Terry fooled so she won't worry.]

I hope so too, aww! [She coos at the dumb mutt with the too sensitive nose, hoping her dislike of dogs didn't bleed over into her voice.]

Well, before I got here there was a swearing-in ceremony--people have told you about those right--where you got a free animal robot thing you could basically take home with you if you won a couple of robot fights with it.

Then, two or so months later, a different group of giant animal robot things tried to destroy Philadelphia.

So, you know, maybe an average day in Gotham.

[A joke. Gotham's not usually that bad.]

Seriously?[That settles it, this world is messed up. Giant robots she can understand, hell, the Brotherhood had even tried that very tactic before, but animal robots, where's the point in that?]

You Gothamites have it bad. [She agrees solemnly, sticking out her tongue teasingly at him.]

[They look cute so people bring their defenses down?]

And yet we'd much rather live there than, ugh, Metropolis.

While I will concede he's pretty awesome, you've also got things like clean streets and sunshine, and who wants those, really?
