Greetings, Network. My name is Skeets. As new imports come trickling in again, I have something important for us to discuss.
As you're aware, imPorts by definition do not come from this Earth and are instead from various alternate universes. Some of us come from the same or similar worlds to each other, while others come from vastly different ones. This has created an organizational problem for me in my file-keeping. I'd like to categorize known worlds but as of yet I haven't many records of names.
I believe it's about time we agreed on some names for our home universes to make things easier - not just for data collection but also to make it easier for us to talk about them.
To that end, I've compiled a few questions:
1) Is the world you come from Earth or a different planet? If Earth, answer 2a. If it is not Earth, answer 2b.
2a) If Earth, are there any distinct geological, political, historical (etc) differences from this world? If yes, please elaborate.
2b) Does your world or planet have a name? Are there any distinct details or differences that would distinguish it from Earth? How is it different?
3) Are you aware of others from your universe?
4) Are you aware of others from a universe which includes a known parallel or alternate version of yourself or people you are familiar with?
5) Is there anything distinct about your home universe that is not covered in the above questions?
6) Do you have any suggestions for what to name your universe? It would be prudent to avoid numbers or letters. No "Earth 1" or "Earth Alpha". This is not - excuse the term - a dick measuring contest.
Feel free to answer these questions in whichever format you find most comfortable.

1) Earth
2a) The cold war has ended, and other wars followed.
3) Yes
4) No
5) My home world has a second sentient species called Ghouls, who live besides (but not in agreement with) humans.
6) I don't know what to call it.

I need to keep my files in order to make the information more easily accessible. I'll admit I'm also very bored.
"Ghouls"? Have they always lived there?

We don't know. Nobody bothered to study their history and origins. We just know they "have been there", but not exactly since when or how.

There hasn't been any curious anthropologists,
archaeologists, etc?
Regardless, I believe that answer would suffice to discount the possibility they're a more recent phenomenon.

This is the easiest way to erase them. If ghouls do not have a known natural evolution, do not have natural or cultural history, if they don't have a culture - all humans have to do is to physically kill them to completely erase their kind.

regardless, ghouls continue to exist and of late, we've been louder than ever, I guess.
