Should have announced this sooner, but April was a bit mad. Cosima Neihaus and I are getting married down at the De Chima Planetarium tonight, bit of an informal thing, so if you want to come just bring comfy shoes and a bottle of champagne. And I hope you're not allergic to dogs!

My best friend's here, my late boyfriend's here, I've found a wonderful family, and I'm about to marry an amazing woman.

I'm glad to hear you've found a life for yourself here. It sounds lovely.

[Perhaps she'll be able to find a life for herself here, too. Although she's not used to people speaking so openly of marrying another of the same gender, it's nice that people can be who they are, here.

[A myriad of emotions run through her. What if her father - or her mother, even - show up here? But Cinders is nothing if not at least relatively practical, and so she pushes those thoughts away.]
