Hello, Network. To those of you unlucky enough to have yet to make my acquaintance, I'm Cheryl Blossom.

I have a few questions as to the way the world works here--specifically as I've spoken to several who have claimed that those who are dead can come in as ImPorts. If anyone here comes from that particular experience, I'd be very interested in speaking to you. If not, I don't have the time for you.

Secondly, I'm incredibly invested in learning if it's possible to force someone to be Ported in. Someone who's dead back home.

Hypothetically, of course. :)

Greetings. I am happy to say that I am still quite alive in my world, but perhaps I can be of help regarding your second question.

I have studied what information is available on the Porter as extensively as is possible. It would appear that the Porter could once be controlled to a much greater degree than it now is. And I believe it is possible to gain such control again. Perhaps even to the point of choosing which imPorts are Ported in or returned to their homes.

That's what I'd assumed; but we hardly have access to it as civilians. Even as ImPort civilians.

How did you get this information in the first place? There simply must be other resources than the ones the government has provided for us.

dying is way more painful than you'd think. at least the way i did it. might vary depending on what someone died from.

sadly, no amount of middle school level emojis can bend the laws of the multiverse. nobody can be forced in or out at our will. but there's probably some science types who'll take any cash you might have on you off with promises to the contrary, so hey, if your wallet's heavy, go chase that ghost. we all gotta get our kicks where we can.

I wasn't dead but my parents and one of my brothers were before arriving here. I don't know if you can force someone to come through but there is a chance that they might eventually arrive on their own.
