You know, I'm not sure if this place would make it easier to be a criminal than in my world, or not. On one hand, you've got a lot of caped crusaders - some of them literally flying around. On the other, they're pretty high profile, so if you can keep your head down, I don't imagine they'd be too hard to avoid.
