[this is a bad idea that archie thinks is a good idea. this is a bad idea that he thinks is a good idea that was suggested to him by someone who should be smart enough to know it’s a bad idea.
the scene is unremarkable; a living room. a giant orange camel sitting by the coffee table. two giant purple bats hanging from the ceiling.
is that… an egg shell stuck to the wall?]
Yo! Network! [oh it’s archie. he’s waving a $20 bill.] Nowhere delivers to this new place of mine and me an’ Maxie [camera shift to show the red head.] are waaay too sleep deprived to be allowed outside near other people. Who wants to get some take out for us? Maxie reckons no-one has anything better to do, anyway.
[a clue as to why he thinks this is acceptable is right there.
before archie shuts off the comm, maxie pipes up:] Nothing too greasy for Arceus’ sake, we’re not barbarians.
