Those ARE good. Now, have you had one that was rolled in peanuts?

They're great. The peanuts add a nice saltiness to balance out the caramel's sweetness.

I know some of the big supermarkets back home carried them. Maybe the same is true here?

I would be surprised if it isn't. I'm told there's a lot in common to the other worlds that have this country.

I always hated those weird popcorn balls.

And pretzels.

Do they mass-produce those popcorn balls now? I would think homemade things wouldn't go over at all.

The pretzels aren't so bad. I imagine something salty versus all the sweet would be good.

I always got them pre-made in bags. It's like trying to eat styrofoam.

And I have nothing against pretzels in themselves, it just seems like a weird trick to try to send them off as a special treat when they're still just plain ol' pretzels. I wouldn't mind getting pretzels NOW, but it seemed like such a copout when I was little.

I hated most of the gum and any of the generic mint/cinnamon candies. If you're going to go with cheap candy, at least get some basic decent suckers.
