[The video starts a bit awkwardly, with the shakycam and fumbling of someone who isn't very practiced at the art of video chatting. A late-20-something woman's face is up close, clearly trying to figure out "how does I tech". After some fumbling, the camera stills and she sits back, looking a bit awkward.]

Okay. So, I guess this is what people do here. Calling the Internet using cameras.

[She looks too young and modern to be so fail at technology.]

Anyway- hi. I'm new.

Let's just say I didn't go to the, um, shitshow today- Thank God... Let's say I'm not gonna register. Don't wanna put on tights and fight crime, or whatever.

What're my options? Learn to knit? [There are at least three (3) guns visible in the video. She does not look like a knitter.] Start a [air quotes] "blog"?

I can't exactly do what I did back home- no monsters to hunt. No day job to go back to.

I kinda don't know what to do with myself.

Wait, there's a sentient dragon here? Who you're friends with?

[ For a moment, Krennic doesn't really quite know what to do with this. Why is she so excited about dragons? Kriffing dragons? Oh wait, she did mention that hunting monsters was her day job back home. So this is indeed a job for her. ]

I'm not sure, but I think my companion has confirmed it. All the witnesses said they saw a dragon, but according to my companion, the dragon they saw was loyal to his "mother", whoever--or whatever--it is. And I did not discount the possibility that someone--not an ImPort--started the fire and then try to blame us, since my companion said this isn't the first time they tried to blame it on us.

...I don't usually trust nonhumans, but I think he's making sense. Someone's at fault here, and we're going to find them and bring them to justice.

I'll send the directions to you. It's pretty far since we're camping in the forest, but I suppose someone could help you.

Oh, it's Mary Winchester. Monster hunter and daughter of a family of hunters who have a massive collection of lore, none of which has ever, at any point in the last EIGHT HUNDRED YEARS, ever once mentioned DRAGONS.

[ ...okay. Krennic can't really get behind all this monster hunter stuff, but okay. He can roll with it. He forced himself to roll with a lot of things ever since he arrived in this kriff-forsakened world, he can do this. ]

I'm Director Krennic, of the Imperial Intelligence. I'm not by any means a "monster hunter", but I wanted to get to the bottom of this. I suppose I should say it's nice to meet you. I'll send you my location so you can find me too.

Oh, him. He says his name is Lord-Governor Kang, or something. I don't have good experience with Governors.

[Mary just skates past the Imperial thing. There are empires all over the place, all through history, in many worlds. Whatever.]

You were director of Intelligence for an entire empire- what do you do now? Work for the CIA or something?

[ He doesn't bother correcting her. Kang isn't his friend, anyway. ]

Ah, not the entire Empire. I merely say that to simplify things. What I am is the Director of Advanced Weapons Research Division. In another word, I handle the research and development of weapons in the Empire.

No, they actually assigned me a job as Director of De Chima's children's theatre troupe. It's hilarious. Ha, ha. But I'm quitting, obviously.
