Identify these people! Immediately!

[ He found the photo in his pocket and while there are an overwhelming number of emotions swimming around, he doesn't understand them because he has no memories attached. And by some trickery of his augmented memories he doesn't even recognize himself in the center, since it was taken in the earlier days of Overwatch, which he doesn't remember. At all. ]
