Flat Robotic Voice: (ala speech-to-text) Do Jedi protect people or would you let innocent people get hurt for some idea of "greater good"?
Kanan Jarrus: Protecting innocents is the greater good. That's what we're called to do, as Jedi. The Force has granted us these gifts, these abilities. In my world, Force-sensitives can do things other people can't. And so it's our job to protect those who can't protect themselves.
Robotic Voice: Anti-Jedi. Would you protect people with your life, or would you let them die for some "greater good"?
General Grievous: It is not my duty to protect the people of Earth yet you will condemn me for not sacrificing myself for just any cause.

For the record, I don't think it's fair to blame all Jedi for what a few did, but Grievous is acting out of rage and grief. He is a good person, and even though he said it's not his duty to protect people, he did protect me once when he didn't have to.

[ Sorry, kiddo. He's done educating. And he has no patience for people who think Grievous is fine. ]

And I don't think he's right to blame all Jedi. Or all Hux for that matter. But you can't just tell someone they're wrong, you have to lay the evidence out where they'll find it and let them come to the conclusion on their own.

This isn't about proving him wrong.

You know, in my world, my species invaded Earth 200 years ago, and humans still haven't noticed. Mostly because we kept them distracted. Now, I'm not saying to distract Grievous with downloadable games and attempts at seduction, mostly because he keeps sticking to his cyborg form and I think the claws would just frustrate him more, and I don't know if he's into the whole interspecies thing, but I am saying that if people divert his attention away from the Jedi for long enough, he'll forget about them.

Humans, or any other species, will have some foolhardy enough to sacrifice when they could have instead thought of a better strategy amd return to the fight later, triumphant. I am no fool to sacrifice myself for just anyone or an thing. The risks must be weighed and considered.
As I also said, I do not use this Jedi Force, yet I am being compared as if I am somehow expected to do as they recklessly do.

If he's going to try and paint you as a villain here, you'll just have to prove him wrong.
