It's a personal choice, I think. If you need someone to talk to, if your thoughts or feelings or actions feel like they are out of your control...

[This was probably the most awkward way to first talk to someone, but on this topic, he's an expert.] Depends on whether you're alright with going to another city to get there, depending on where you live, but I've bounced between some decent therapists here. And if you're Registered, it's all pre-paid.
