Hello, especially to the newcomers. I’m Ken Kaneki and I’ve been in this world for three and half years now. Don’t worry, most of you will be leaving before the one year mark. [ better to add that before everyone starts to freak out ] I’ve written a F.A.Q., if you want to know a little more about your situation, and I've also written down notes regarding what happened through the years I have been here. I'm attaching the links if you want to have a look. Jacob-san, from RISE, has also compiled a Threat Roster which works as a resource to know who our current enemies are. On a much more positive note, :Re Café is still on going and we have new faces working with us, Veronica and Justine are our new employees, please treat them all. We will be adding Veronica's slushies to the menu since her power is useful like that. [ and since newcomers are here and Kaneki no longer hides it ] Our coffee shop provides mostly japanese food and snacks, we are also a book café, and we provide food for non-humans. [ take that as you will ]

Finally and unrelated to the above. Mako-san and Daryl were ported out. I was waiting for them to come back but... [ he sighs a little. Kaneki doesn't deal well with loss ] Nevermind. I just wanted to let you know about that.

It was from when I used to work at the police department, I mostly only helped tourists and did small things like helping old ladies cross the street or help them get their groceries home.

But they really liked that, so... they sort of made a fangroup?
