Oh, we have electricity. It's not nearly as abundant as it is here because the resources are finite. All of our technology is powered through mana. The steam engine I mentioned is the first instance of water mana and fire mana working in conjunction with one another like that. Fire and wind mana, when stored in a mana crystal together, create an electrical charge.

It's kinda like your light bulbs. Except they aren't made of glass and run on magic and are reserved mainly for large cities.
