So what do you do when you get fired for sticking up for a co-worker? Is there a place I can report something like that, or do I just sort of have to take it and try to find another job? Not that I wasn't planning to find another job eventually, but I wasn't really planning to have to go looking so soon after coming back. Ya know? I was more than willing to try to stick it out while I looked for something else.

I just, how do you justify calling someone in when the requested the day off for a family thing and got it? Like how?

So uh yeah thoughts or advice would be helpful.
