Dearest ImPorts, I require your advice.

Sixteenth birthdays are very important in America, right? That's what I've heard, anyway. You always see stories of girls celebrating their Sweet Sixteen.

Well my Sweet Sixteen is in three days, and I haven't a clue how I should celebrate! Please help me!!! Should I host a party? Should I bake or buy a cake??? Which flavor cake is best? Should I ask for the day off from my internships? Would that be horribly inappropriate??

Thank you in advance, I really am clueless on this matter...

Oh, that sounds delightful! Usually, I would have just bought everything, but I don't have the finances here that I would have had access to back home, and also, don't you think it means something more when it's homemade?
