It depends on the person and the problem that they want help with.

Then I'd need to see the person, in person. I can play my music over the phone or give out recorded versions for smaller issues. But the big stuff is best when I'm playing my harpsichord directly to them.

I can certainly help you to keep your emotions under control - it's a good thing to do, to maintain focus and perspective. Though I wouldn't recommend outright emotional suppression. That only leads to worse outcomes, long term.

I can. With emotions, not memories. But what I can do with emotions is pretty intensive, and could affect how you relate to your memories.

Most emotional alterations are superficial — like pruning leaves or pulling petals from a flower. My power gets into the root system. I could change the way the plant grows entirely.
