[Jonathan comes up on screen, standing at a desk. His communication device is angled down, catching what appears to be some kind of selfie stick that he's attached it to in order to catch both him and the desk. That he's apparently put on his driveway? Weird. He looks serious. Almost somber.]
So I just want to say, that now that we know what we know, I understand that I may have made a terrible mistake donating my shoes. I understand now that such a breach in reality could pose a risk to this universe as we know it, and that was terribly irresponsible of me. That said, I feel I should share some information about the items brought in from my world. Those new clothes from that fashion designer in Maurtia Falls? Yeah, those are fine. They're just clothes. Those outfits are actually really popular on my home planet. Wear them if you want.
Then there's one other thing brought in from my planet.
[Suddenly, the somber expression becomes a grin, and he starts driving the desk forward.]
Seriously, I regret donating those shoes but this is so much fun!

On a more serious note, I found information on the Jeopardy nuclear power plant. I thought I should share it.

Nothing can ever be easy. A little wryly, he says, "You know, League business is always easier when there's actually something to fight against. Sounds like we've got more investigating to do. Have you been working with anyone else on this?"

And he hopes that Jaime won't act all suspicious about that the way Jacob did. But them, Jonathan thinks most of that is just Jacob's own personal distrust of Mr. Stark.
"And I don't know where we should take the investigation from here, but if you come up with a plan, I'm always up for sneaking around."
Wow, that doesn't sound shady at all.

Count Jaime in that boat - he doesn't think he can trust Stark as far as he can throw him (well, less far than he can throw him; he's got a pretty good arm) but he doesn't think the guy would be actively working against the well-being of this world at large. Still, that's curious. Curiouser and curiouser. He drums his fingers on the table.
"I don't think that'll be necessary. But stay in touch anyway - I'm gonna see what the others have to say about this. And if you need help, just come say hey. It's nice of Mr. Stark to help you, but we might have more resources at our disposal. That, and I'm not sure what they'd do to you - or anyone - if you guys got caught."

He can't shake the idea that there's something fishy about the spider church. Besides, the bingo nights are fun.

He's got a hunch or two. Something to do with mass sacrifice, like Ruka had suspected. Brainwashing would help with that. Making it some greater reward. He can't be sure, but... maybe that's exactly what's going on here.

No sacrifices, no overt control over the members' personal lives, nothing that seems harmful, just the weirdness of worshiping a spider goddess.

"Okay. Well, keep me in the loop - and thanks for coming by." He pauses. "Is there anything else?"

Who knows when he might stumble across something, after all.
