[Jonathan comes up on screen, standing at a desk. His communication device is angled down, catching what appears to be some kind of selfie stick that he's attached it to in order to catch both him and the desk. That he's apparently put on his driveway? Weird. He looks serious. Almost somber.]

So I just want to say, that now that we know what we know, I understand that I may have made a terrible mistake donating my shoes. I understand now that such a breach in reality could pose a risk to this universe as we know it, and that was terribly irresponsible of me. That said, I feel I should share some information about the items brought in from my world. Those new clothes from that fashion designer in Maurtia Falls? Yeah, those are fine. They're just clothes. Those outfits are actually really popular on my home planet. Wear them if you want.

Then there's one other thing brought in from my planet.

[Suddenly, the somber expression becomes a grin, and he starts driving the desk forward.]

Seriously, I regret donating those shoes but this is so much fun!

On a more serious note, I found information on the Jeopardy nuclear power plant. I thought I should share it.

"Yeah. Only everyone here says that it's been here all along. Whatever it changed, it changed this world's history too. Maybe a couple of different worlds are merging together, and this is just the start," Jaime says, resting his chin on the heel of his hand. He's not sure what to do with that information, exactly. If they could stop it, should they? Is it a bad thing? Is it bringing refugees of another reality with them, much as the imPorts themselves had been brought back from the City?

Nothing can ever be easy. A little wryly, he says, "You know, League business is always easier when there's actually something to fight against. Sounds like we've got more investigating to do. Have you been working with anyone else on this?"

"Mr. Stark has? Huh."

Count Jaime in that boat - he doesn't think he can trust Stark as far as he can throw him (well, less far than he can throw him; he's got a pretty good arm) but he doesn't think the guy would be actively working against the well-being of this world at large. Still, that's curious. Curiouser and curiouser. He drums his fingers on the table.

"I don't think that'll be necessary. But stay in touch anyway - I'm gonna see what the others have to say about this. And if you need help, just come say hey. It's nice of Mr. Stark to help you, but we might have more resources at our disposal. That, and I'm not sure what they'd do to you - or anyone - if you guys got caught."

"Tell me about it. Is there anything fishy about what they're doing there - any rituals that seem, um, weird?" He realizes that Jonathan may not be the best gauge of that; he's obviously not human, and even if he's from some variety of Earth, it's doubtlessly not like the one here. But this is the best shot they've got and, begrudgingly, he can admit he wouldn't be the most subtle person there. Fame's not always a good thing.

He's got a hunch or two. Something to do with mass sacrifice, like Ruka had suspected. Brainwashing would help with that. Making it some greater reward. He can't be sure, but... maybe that's exactly what's going on here.

Jaime may be a devout Catholic, but he's also got an ancient alien AI in his spine and has befriended several people who aren't from Earth or have otherwise been completely estranged from normal human culture. He probably should be offended at his religion being called weird, but he's friends with a Martian who can change her skin for Halloween. He's right. It's weird.

"Okay. Well, keep me in the loop - and thanks for coming by." He pauses. "Is there anything else?"
