I'd have to say my favorite is my lightsaber. Not a Jedi though.

Second favorite being a blaster, but I can use whatever. Nothing too fancy about most of the blasters I've used though. [Oh so casual.]

And yeah, I used to deal in guns after a fashion. Outfitting Guardians with weapons and armaments is part of the whole Vanguard Mentor gig.

The whip has always been my weapon of choice. I've gone between bullwhips and the cat-o-nine tails, but I mostly use the bullwhip these days.

Never put much thought into them, wouldn't imagine they have much stopping power.

Compared to what you're used to? Probably not, but don't dismiss it so easily. They're very dangerous. In the right hands, a whip could easily cut skin and break bones, but that's the key there: the right hands.

It's not an entirely intuitive weapon. There's a learning curve to it. If I were to be disarmed, it's highly unlikely that someone could pick it up and do the same kind of damage with it that I'm capable of.
