Life goes on, after all - even if you have a split lip, a black eye, a bruised throat and his only hand in a splint. Oh and all the bumps and bruises under his clothes too.

He sounds hoarse as he speaks - maybe he should have relied on text? But that requires patience and he has little of that.]

I don't want to be sent back. If there is a way to save this world, let's find it. I know that has been said before, but it feels like we're down to the wire.

It can't all be for nothing. I won't let it.

I don't want to go home, either. I don't know how to fix what's happening but if someone has an idea and just needs someone to help with the execution, I feel the same way.

We have a lot of power. [Is it enough? He worries that it's not.] I've faced my worst nightmare...multiple times...and I'm not afraid to do what it takes to put it off for a little longer.

Do we, though? Does any of us have enough power to take on a god? Because that's sort of what Kenzi made it sound like we're going to have to try to do.

We won't know until we try. I'm not the only Force user and none of us are pushovers. If we could band together, we might match a god.

I'm not trying to get out of it, I'm in. I'm just saying. I think most of us are going to have to prepare for death if all we've got are each other going against something we can't dream to defeat as imPorts alone.

As much as I fucking hate to admit it, this doesn't look like a problem we can just fight our way out of.

[Not that she can't sympathize. Most of her own problem solving boils down to something similar.]

Before I ever showed up here, whenever I had a problem too big for me to solve alone, I'd go find someone I could trust. Smart, dedicated, persistent. Good at planning and going for the bigger picture.

My Master disappeared recently, but I do have someone who fits that description. [It's ironic that she used to be his Padawan.] The only problem is: I doubt she has any answers either.

[Besides knowing how to comfort him and how to help him regain his center.]

If we can't fight our way to a solution, I'm not sure what to do. Can there be any negotiations? I will give them anything I have just so I can stay, but that will be a bit hard if there's no planet.

Even if she doesn't, it's better to try things together isn't it? When you're alone for too long, after a while, you just end fighting yourself.

I've promised up my power to others, because that's all I've got to give. But who knows? Maybe if we do end up figuring something out, there'll be a big dumb face at the end of this to punch at.

I would. [For...a lot of reasons.] The good I've done is mostly over. It will be decades before I can do more.

I never really had a physical home besides the one I shared with my mother. But she's gone now and I have no reason to return to Tatooine.

I've been expecting this all to blow up for awhile. It feels...unstable.

You haven't been here for very long and you don't need to worry. We'll figure this out. We'll find a way to keep this world going.

And if we don't go back. If we're wiped out. We won't know that either.

Not knowing doesn't really make a difference. I know what I want now and I will figure out a way to acquire it.

Both. This world has given me a chance I didn't even know I needed. I want to take it and run with it as far as I can go.

I think... we feel the same way. About wanting this. Not what waits for us. I want to be what I am here.

We are going to find a way to save this world. So many of us are putting our heads together, thinking up of plans, and figuring out what we're going to do in various situations.

[She is determined. She might want to go home, she knows of others who want to stay, like him.]
