I'm sure you don't need me to tell you we have a medical emergency on our hands here in Maurtia Falls and De Chima. The terrorist responsible has already taken credit for the incident and it's been discovered that the contamination is being spread through the water supply. To stress what's already been said: Do not come into contact with the local water supply in the affected cities.

My colleagues are currently investigating the situation and we're all hard at work on a treatment plan. In the meantime, I'm seeing patients at the NIH facilities at ground zero in Maurtia Falls. If you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms, please contact me immediately and arrange for transportation to one of our clinics. If you even suspect you might develop symptoms, do not operate a vehicle yourself. Experiencing a hallucination while driving could lead to a fatal accident and it isn't worth the risk to you or the people around you.

Be on the lookout for aggressive behavior, restlessness, disorientation, unwanted thoughts, paranoia, nightmares, or waking hallucinations. If you begin to experience delusions, such as the belief that others are conspiring against you, seek help immediately. People experiencing induced psychosis may be dangerous to themselves and others.

I'm here to help. If someone you know is in crisis and can't be relocated, let me know and I'll come to you. I'll take any questions you have here, although I can't promise that we have the answers just yet.

On that subject, may I ask what's being done to limit the spread of the pathogen at your centers? We haven't eliminated the possibility that contact with an infected individual may put others at risk. I'm not sure it's wise to be corralling a large group of people into close quarters for anything other than the distribution of clean water.

I'm not going to come in for something in person - sorry, I don't trust doctors thanks to past experiences - but I can tell you how I experienced the stuff. Uh, I've only experienced it once. But I'm staying away from highly populated areas until I learn more. I have enough bottled water and granola in my room to last a month, just as a matter of course, so I can keep from spreading anything around.

I was under the impression it was a toxin though, not a disease? Though I guess that relying on the information given and taking it at face value considering who it was from isn't the best idea.
