Sometimes that realisation doesn't come until after everything is said and done. Unfortunately.

Yeah. Foresight is a 20-20 thing.

What do you think is going to happen now?

[bifroster]

Depending upon how I present it, it will either go well and give the persons a lot of hope for the future or it could be a devastating blow. And cause unnecessary drama.

You don't think it's dangerous to tell someone of the future waiting for them?

[bifroster]

I do. Even if we didn't have the excuse of not remembering any of our time here upon returning to our home worlds, it would be dangerous to know. I don't think I can even justify telling on a case-by-case basis.

There's always that danger of knowing. Not everyone will be so receptive to the information either.

[bifroster]

Yeah. A lot of others are saying pretty much the same thing. It might be better to feign ignorance, at least until something comes up, but even then.

[articulations]

Even then, that still puts you in quite the jam.

[bifroster]

Tell me about it. If I don't do something, does that make me responsible for what happens? If I do something and it ends up worse, I'm still to blame. Then there is the whole, "YOU KNEW?!" thing going on too, which I am sure someone would bring up.

The dust would never settle.

You're doomed if you do and you're doomed if you don't.

How long have you been here?

Pretty much.

I think close to a year now? It's kind of amazing how time flies.

[articulations]

Time always flies when you're having fun. Isn't that how the saying goes?

[bifroster]

Yeah. And then when you're running for your life, you can't believe it's only been a few minutes.

That's usually the way of things. It's even worse when you're in the middle of fighting a war. Sometimes. Company depending.

[bifroster]

Company depending indeed. I've been in a few of those instances.

Fighting a war?

[bifroster]

Not exactly? Battles, to be sure, but nothing that was part of some grand, huge conflict. That will probably come later, given my world ...
