So, my coworkers were telling me that holiday involving fireworks is coming up again very soon. Therefor, I feel the need to say a few things because I predict the clinic is already going to get a few nasty burn cases like last year.

Please refrain from using fireworks if you're drunk, do not launch them at each other, and for the Maker's sake, your body is not a suitable platform to shoot them off of.

I had a few patients last year who gave themselves very nasty burns, and told me that was how it happened. One fellow had the bright idea to try shooting one out of his belly button.
