Hey all, just want to drop some information I gathered last month from AtlanTech. While they were doing their experiments on some of our nanites I was working on a way to get into their systems and see if they were hiding anything.

I didn't find anything shocking or potentially world ending, for the most part it's all internal team rivalries and corporate bullshit, but there is a little that's interesting about the Lead Hardware Engineer. Mainly, up until last year she was a personal assistant and now she's working in R&D and leading teams doing experimental research. A little weird in my opinion, but I could just be paranoid.

Anyway, here's a link to what I found. Again, not a whole lot but I believe in transparency when it comes to information that affects all of us.

oh yeah that's definitely weird
do you think she fucked someone to get that job because from the rest of it, it sounds like she's just driving their team into the ground

weirder than being a good lay??
I mean I GUESS they probably thought she was a secret genius or something and decided to take the risk but like at some point even being a secret genius can't really outweigh the whole getting arrested thing
it's probably just the good old scenario where the boss is trying to keep his girlfriend happy

I did some digging into things myself, but it sounds like we came up with pretty much the same information. I think the only thing I might be able to add is, based on several papers I found discussing Nanite Behavior Experiments, it's pretty clearly they don't know what the fuck they're doing with the nanites. They can't control the results in these experiments, basically at all, but they have enough in their legal corners that you signing up is probably pretty much waiving your ability to do anything about it if the experiments go wrong. You accept the risks, you can't sue, etc.

Everything checked out almost too clean, if you ask me. Companies like this usually have something against them somewhere in the line. I definitely want to look into some things with them more down the line.

Probably. I hate how tidy contracts like that get.

[He gets the purpose of them, sure. But it doesn't make it suck any less for people to just sign their right away, either.]

Are you planning on doing any other digging on them?

[What he's saying is: He wants in, if you are.]

[So much personal drama. Did Pidge hack into the HR files?]

Something of a prodigal hire? I wonder if she's anything like you, Pidge.

No, I agree that this is something odd. Someone doesn't go from assistant (even for a CEO) to the head of a completely different department with a different objective. Her behavior is concerning ... I wonder what is up with that.

Thanks for the heads up. We'll have to keep this in mind as we go further.
