Plus, the reason for this address is a dwindling personal circle, more people vanishing. Inevitable but always painful.

So here sits Laurie, costumed in her yellow-and-white superhero getup, looking subdued but friendly. (That's what she's going for, at least.) She's accompanied by Josh Foley. Josh is looking tired and stressed, but relatively resolute, also dressed in shades of gold and white. ]

Hello, everyone. I'm Laurie Collins, also known as Wallflower, and I'm here with a word about the Justice League, one of the superhero organizations set up in this world by imPorts.

We've recently had several prominent members exPort, leaving Josh and I as senior staff and leaving a considerable gap in our lineup. As such, we're seeking new members. If you'd like to be a hero, understanding the risks and all that may be involved… We'd like to work with you.

[ Josh clears his throat, casting a quick glance to Laurie. He wasn’t a full member to begin with and this promotion has him both heartbroken and uneasy. ]

Jaime was one of the first people here who really made me feel like this place could be a home. There’s a chance that all of this means something worse is coming. If my experience has taught me anything it’s that we need to band together to protect ourselves and the world and people we love. [ there is - maybe too telling a look to Laurie before he looks back at the camera. ] Uh… So, we’ll probably start doing interviews and tryouts in a few weeks.

[ Laurie nods, resuming the light smile that had slipped at mention of a vanished friend, one of the best. Bring it to a close. ]

In the meantime, please feel free to ask us any questions here or to let us know you’re interested. It never hurts to have a count before we get things rolling.

We’ll be looking to welcome all levels of experience, whether you come from a world with similar hero groups or whether this is a brand-new reality for you. We’ve got training facilities on-hand and a desire to not only protect the worlds we touch, but to foster the growth of super-powered individuals in as safe and experienced an environment as possible.

I know I've only been a junior member up until now, and I would still need to balance my time between the League and schoolwork, but if there is any way that I can take more of an active role, then I will gladly do it.

Thank you, Creati. Josh is right in that school takes priority, but we'd still like to provide a safe place in which young heroes can operate. There always seems to be a need for it here.

We have some experience with the concept, but our world and your world are very different. If you've got the time, I'd love to work with you to develop our mission goals and programming on that front.

Laurie can explain better than I can. I'm med-staff, mostly, but we're out to help people and protect the world and its people from any threats that come our way.

And we wanna put people where their powers and skills are gonna be the most use, so long as they're comfortable with it.

When are the interviews?

Responsibilities outside of reactive missions would be dependent on your skill-set and availability. Superheroics are the face of everything, of course, but there's also support positions all the way down to the nitty-gritty: Budgets, logistics, legalese, communication with outside organizations and local-thru-national governments... That sort of stuff.

The main goal is to arrive where we're needed with what is needed. It's a lot of ground to cover.

I could help with the logistics of the organization, though I am not adverse to taking the role as a footsoldier when needed.

Always feels a bit weird, at first, encountering an Alternate Avenger. At least it gives her foreknowledge of what he might bring to the table. ]

The usual for super-organizations with equipment and headquarters to maintain. Tech support, financial support, networking charisma... That sort of thing.

Hello! I am interested in protecting the worlds, without question. But I've a number of questions.

To begin, would I have to wear a bodysuit?

[ That's kinda silly... in a good, refreshing way! It's a good question, though. If one's only seen a certain sort of superhero, clothing guidelines probably seem ridiculous. ]

You don't, no. As long as you can function safely in what you prefer to wear while on the job, you can wear whatever you'd like.

Bodysuits of certain materials tend to be the preference due to being light and easy to move in with a lower chance of getting snagged. Never mind the popularity of capes in some circles.

Like Laurie said, uniforms optional. It's BYOSS. Bring your own supersuit. The spandex is, like, tradition though.
