A long time ago in a universe far, far away....- there were 3 sisters. It's a little dry, but bear with me until we get to the juicy parts. N E WAY- The Sudiczki sisters decided to further their endeavors through living the dream of home ownership and mortal city founding. Amid readings I've found enough ironic jokes about the "strings of Fate" and "kindness of Fate" that would tickle anyone's pickle.

Amara married a rich guy in 1910. So we got Maurtia falls. Apparently it's always been a city for the less ethical and more business-minded. (Insert cough)

Lana headed off to follow her dreams of school in De Chima. She died in 1913, from what's rumored to be a series of experiments that she conducted on herself.

Claire founded Nonah, easily most prosperous of the three.

Now here's where it gets crazy........

Before Lana's death in 1913, she was supposed to contribute to the Nonah World Fair. Unfortunately we're a bit SOL on the deets, as all trails for the WHATEVER she was supposed to exhibit have long gone cold.

Talks that ended in her taking your likeness?

That was before I even arrived. Kind of. She didn't take my face, she used and then destroyed, an old suit of mine that had awareness.

And this Lachesis?

We thought she was just an AI that gained sentience, it seemed to be that she was more...god than that. We didn't have a name for her for the longest time. She had sisters too, you know. Clotho and Atropos -- but I'm sure you know your greek myths enough to put that one together.

Funny, how these three sisters founded three cities, isn't it?

Thor did have quite healthy rivalry with Hercules.

Lachesis would be the middle, Clotho was...the weakest -- those two seemed to be made by man, but weren't, but Atropos...

Well, their bodies might have, but they'd moved beyond being AI at some point. Or maybe through awareness, they achieved godhood. I don't know.

In my experience with Lachesis, sharing your guesses is a good way to getting in trouble. Believe me, she and I... we've danced a lot in the past.

I prefer not to take my chances. Not without being certain. It's a habit people like me get into, since otherwise we tend to get ourselves into trouble.

You'd be surprised. I've been prepared for that inevitability for years. I have things in place.

What makes you think that's any safer?

My theories will be as complete as I can possibly make them, that way.

Either I solve it, and then we'll all know them, or I'll go home, and someone will be able to pick up where I left off. I've been very thorough.
