Does anybody know anything about the Porter? Or have any theories about who it brings in and why people disappear? How do we know if they've actually gone back home and aren't somewhere here.

[There's a pause and a sigh.] I know some people've talked about this sort of thing before, but... When I got here, there were other people that I knew. People from my... world, I guess. [Since the thought of this being another world or dimension still seems a little whacky to him.]

And now it looks like they're all gone. Or at least I can't freaking find them anywhere. But I'm still here. So, to anyone who knew him here, I guess Sam Winchester is gone.

[And with that the feed ends abruptly.]

[It's starting to edge into creepy territory, but it wasn't like the guy was showing up outside of Dean's house or anything, so. At least not that he knew of.]

Younger. [And it was Dean's job to look after him. Something that he'd apparently failed at even here.]

At least he's not the one trapped here alone, right? I can't imagine what it's like to have a brother that you're close to like that.

[ That's not true. He has a lot of Nathan's stolen memories, things snatched away from his office, and memories of Peter were amongst them.

And then there's Luke, which is a whole other kettle of fish. ]

The Porter isn't something we have a lot of info on, really. Restricted access and all that. There were a few people from home I knew around here that are gone now. So I know what you mean. I've been trying to figure out more about this thing myself but so far I haven't found much of anything that we don't already know or guess at, really.

[There's a sigh as he considers, knowing what he contributes here isn't really helpful.]

Sorry though. About Sam. Your brother? Alphonse went back too, my younger brother.

Yeah, well. It's not like the government here's super big on the sharing, but I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

[There's a pause before Dean speaks up again.]

Thanks. Yeah. Sam's my little brother, too. He was gone once before, but he came back. Guess that's kind of the norm though.

Not really that big on sharing when it comes to certain things, no. I mean, I get why they restrict those who can see it in person, the information about it, stopping anyone dangerous getting near but still. It's still frustrating when that thing either way is the ticket home or to getting Al back.

But you're right. We're hardly the only ones that had had someone leave here.

I can say from personal experience that when we disappear, we go back home. I've had it happen to me twice. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to figure out a pattern as to who goes back or for how long.
