[ Lucretia looks tired, and sad. Her cameras focused on her face he can't really see very much about going on behind her, but if you pay attention you can definitely hear other people around and there is a glimpse of a cop nearby.

And the other, pervasive, inescapable sound is Magnus Burnsides wailing his heartbroken heart out.

[It is the day of diplomats on the Network, apparently. And, ever the duchess, it should surprise none of those that know here that she is very much dressed for the occasion of making such an emphatic plea.]

It does not escape me that most of us have taken notice of the events happening in Maurtia Falls. I am aware that many have already volunteered to assist on location, but not all that wish to help are able to, given the specifics of this disastrous event.

What I propose is for those of us outside the Falls and unable to help directly to provide further relief efforts. I have offered refuge to those wishing to stay outside the affected area by opening my doors here in Heropa. I implore any willing to do the same to make it known so that we might organize ourselves to provide what we can.

Additionally, I should suggest that any looking to be involved in any further relief efforts within the city to contact Ambassador Padme Amidala directly, as she is already trying to organize such efforts.
