As I'm sure everyone has noticed by now, we have a crisis on our hands in Maurtia Falls. While we are currently unaware of the exact cause, I am in contact with authorities and we hope things will be resolved shortly. In the meantime, unless you have powers that can actively help, please stay safe.

For those of you do have abilities that can provide aid, particularly to those trapped in buildings or in danger of them falling down, we ask for your help and appreciate it.

If everyone willing to provide aid can reply here, or those needing it can ask here, hopefully we can coordinate efforts and make sure everyone is safe.

Seeing as the issue is plant-based, I am particularly well-equipped to lend some assistance. If anyone is trapped, I'll do my best to free them.

I can create and control plants in any number of ways and may be able to use that and my command of gravity to temporarily stabilize structures. Please do not hesitate to call upon me.

That sounds like something that could potentially come in a great deal of use.

Until I receive more information, my first suggestion would be anything that can destroy plants or shore up buildings that might be in danger of collapsing.

I know more than a few Force users who could transport materials without a problem if that is what is needed.

I think primarily we will need materials for shoring up buildings, so perhaps the more important question is if either of us know someone who knows how to use them to do that.

I've been in Maurtia Falls for thirteen hours straight now and I think I have useful intel? Mostly which things to/not to try to fend off the weird walking ones that hate us all.

If anybody needs a plant fended off I'm 100% ready to help at all times. This is still, somehow, not as bad as summer back home.

But definitely weirder. So, so much weirder.

But your information could be invaluable. What have you learned, and what do you think it can be used for?

Well, if your home is still odder than this, than I think you'll fit in well.

I've done runs this long back home. My powers get replenished as I eat so I just hit up the vending machines around the city.

All the plants can be blinded by bright light. They fear heat and fire, their attacks increase in speed when afraid but go down in accuracy, burning them can gradually render them unconscious if left untreated over time, at least half of them can navigate fine in darkness, none of them have any real ability to track anyone if they lose visual on you, and they're not fans of toxic areas like places with gasoline or lots of chemicals in the area.

Odder on a personal level. In terms of visuals, this is still weirdest.

I can't say I'm used to plants overtaking a city either. It's certainly a new situation for quite a few of us. But I know with people as dedicated as you are this will be fixed.

My abilities would not be well suited to the aid needed on the ground. However, should anyone wish to leave the city for their own safety...I am willing to open what space we have.

I will also put out a message for volunteers--perhaps the radio show they have put me on will reach a different audience and broaden the call for assistance. Of course, should you think of anything else you may need that I can provide, all you need do is ask.

We can only hope that this will not last long. Thus far such things have only lasted a short while if that should be anything to go by...Though I must admit I am not sure how reliable such a measure would ultimately be.
