The year is 2018 and the Red Scare is alive and kicking. Worlds collide as we're brought here under mysterious circumstances, given gifts we couldn't dream to prepare for. Trapped without hope for escape we ask ourselves - will we ever see our homes again? Our loved ones? Will we embrace our new lives and is it a question of when - not if - that these powers turn on us? So many questions, and yet the biggest mystery is something else entirely.

Best burger joint. Give me your suggestions. Bonus points for cheap menus.

[reexamined]

[It’s everyone’s favorite horrible droid! 

K-2SO turns on the video feed, and everything is awful. Behind him are three portraits, one of which even features Kaytu, while the other two feature Odin, one of which has Odin in a very compromising position, but you wouldn’t be able to see below his chest, due to the other portraits covering that one up.

He’s also dressed (yes, dressed!!) in something… awful. Something no one should be wearing.

It is an “Odin Squad” uniform, aka a “tight-fitting” mesh bodysuit, which on his droid body, means it’s just weird fishnet-like material, awkwardly on his chassis and tight in places that aren’t even sexy- just horrendous. Over that is the varsity jacket that also says “Odin Squad” in black glitter and sequins, and a cape. Fortunately for everyone, he did not bother with the sword-heeled, thigh high boots. Those lay on the floor next to him.

The only thing he’s actually pleased with is the sword. He likes the sword. He's still holding the sword.]

Thank you for the sword and the portrait, Odin. I will be burning everything else.

[He kicks at the pair of shoes, for emphasis.]

[The view starts on the image of a young man in a bedroom. His bedroom presumably, cross legged on his bed as he turns the phone on himself. He’s already grinning, or is that just the way he looks all the time? It’s a warm look as he begins his less than formal greeting:]

Helloooo out there! [His voice is a bit too loud as he waves a hand excitedly at the camera, almost knocking it down in the process. Goodbye Sora.] -- Oh whoops!

[There’s a shuffle and the phone is back up, propped as securely as he can manage it. He holds his hands out, as if to telepathically steady the device, before sitting back in his seat. That's much better.]

I’m hoping this message might reach some people who might know me! If you recognize me… Great! I’m glad I could get to you! You should definitely message me! If you don’t… well...

[He looks as though he’s really giving this statement some thought, even tapping a finger to his chin.]

Well, Just hey! Nice to meet you! I hear we’re all super heroes, huh?

[Not quite a stretch from what he’s already experienced, but he puffs up his chest a little bit as he continues.] Sounds like a lot of fun, if you ask me!

[Sora leans forward on the bed, looking a bit more serious.] Does this mean I've got to have a super name?
