If the decisions we make and the sentences we pass are within the bounds of their own legal system, to which we'd be transferring any convicts when judged, then they would have no leg to stand on.

Like it or not, there are two tiers of people in this nation with our arrival. We deserve the right and the duty to police our own kind.
