This is a PSA to anyone who is being affected (infection or otherwise) by the 'Flare' virus that is caused a quarantine in Heropa. For anyone who is stranded after the attacks on Nonah and Heropa by the ... Dragon. And for anyone who is having trouble tracking someone down.
I have access to eyes and ears all over the cities, technically technologically speaking, so if you're looking for someone in this giant mess of a crisis, I'm your girl. (Not your girl, but your girl. Your go to. Yo' man.
Okay.)
If you are looking for someone's whereabouts, their status, or anything else along those lines, just leave me a message here and I'll get on it. I'm stuck where I am, I'm not infected, and I'm feeling insanely useless. So please. If I can help you, let me. If there's anything else you need that has to do with technology? Ask and I can probably lend a hand.

Also switching to voice, now]
You have a way to access the entire city?
[Oliver Queen when will you ever learn to just accept what Felicity can do.]

[ R u impressed, mister Queen. ]

Technologically? You use the communicators? Cameras? You track people?

So you've been invading the population's privacy all along?

text ( go for it! )

Uh, no? I haven't done anything yet. And I'm not home invading. Unless the person you're looking for is out and about, I can probably find you their last known whereabouts. Camera views. Super helpful.

Excluding the current circumstances. Hope this isn't something you abuse.
[ Though TBH this is laughable coming from her! She's just paranoid about this because it's ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING. Wouldn't this freak out many imPorts, though? Excluding the current circumstances, of course. ]

Then how can you possibly know that you're the girl, the go to, the man if you haven't actually used whatever methods are at your disposal for this specific purpose before?

Ms. Smoak, is it?
no subject
Look, I'm only offering to help families or friends find loved ones they can't track down because of the crazy going on right now. Is that really such a bad thing? I'm not seeking out hideouts or anything, just where they've been running loose on Flare in the city.
text; private with majorlicity encryption
Or I guess maybe not if this is what you do for a living too.
no subject
I'm not exactly looking for people who are hiding themselves away for their own reasons. I'm talking people who are running lose with the infection who could potentially be causing harm to themselves or anyone else.
no subject
So you have a very thorough screening process to make sure these families or friends are actual family and friends instead of simply lying about it in order to do the opposite of help, right? Do you function as a lie detector, too?
It's "really such a bad thing", yes. You're not only violating privacy, but without doing a lot of additional just as violating work, you're likely giving it to the wrong people. That might make you feel less useless, but it risks putting others in danger when the situation is already precarious enough.
Which is the exact opposite of what you claim to be attempting here. But I could be wrong. That could be your thing.
[Shitstirring just to make the situation worse than it already is? Not Anonymous!]

Potentially. Of course. Whatever. She understands the threat regardless of what this peach promises, so making a stink about it in public will only waste time. Better to keep it amiable. ]
Can't blame the curiosity. Not a lot of people advertise that sort of thing.
Good way to apply it at least.

[ Is she getting a little offended? Sure. She could always say she works for the police- she might yet, considering her affiliation and speed-dial to the Captain back home. She gets the paranoia, but jeez louise. ]
I MISSED THAT CLUSTERFUCK AM SO SAD
Isn't that always what people want to know in times of crisis though? How are their friends and family, the people they can't get in touch with? They just 'want to know they're okay' kind of thing?
[ It's a good idea, damnit. People are just suddenly all defensive because they don't want to be spied on. She's not spying on you if you're talking to her o mg. ]

But I'm sure you're careful.
[ She's not, but she does pick her battles.
Will Graham u need to calm down.]no subject
[Though that's helpful to know. If it's legitimate, of course.]
You realize you didn't say that in your initial message, don't you? So now not only are you volunteering your services on people who might not want to be found, you're going to be looking into anyone who throws a name your way without making that known beforehand.
You're doing too well omitting pertinent information about your methods for it to be your first rodeo.
[Lying to someone with Internal Affairs and various police station numbers on speed dial will not help this case.]

[ She doesn't really expect it, tbh. I mean sure, he says it when it's really warranted, and that's more than enough for her. .. Even if it still is weird and unsettling to have past!him in comparison to the slightly more open and smiley version she's grown used to. ]
