The Old Kingdom hasn't had a government for twenty years- and it began its slow decline many years before that.

To be honest, governments can do just as bad.

Sometimes worse.

Aside from this one, the only other government I've known was rather incompetent when it came to dealing with the supernatural.

Still, I'd prefer not to be used as a weapon.
