hey so i saw this one place was giving away a free comic if it was ur birthday and u were 13 or under

[It hasn't really been a year since he turned 13, so it's not like he was lying exactly. He's only been 13 for a little while! The calendar here's just different from back home. That's not his fault.]

so are there any other places that do that?

I can't say I've bothered to find out what the policy for 13 year olds and their birthdays are at the shops I've been to. But I could always check.

Well I figured that out already, but I need specifics. I'm can't go around visiting every place in every city the porters go to. My birthday's only one day.

Pick a restaurant, any restaurant. Try it out, see if they'll give you something. You don't gotta be too lucky to end up with just about a free anything.
