[Kuzan, holding his communicator at arm's length, stands in front of his new apartment, staring at his phone with a bored expression--or, part of one. He was wearing a sleeping mask over his eyes. The mask itself was a bit of an odd addition to his pristine looking white and blue suit.

It was likely the best expression he could offer at the moment. There was little shock in his situation, though he barely possessed any to begin with. Rather, he was fiddling with his phone and trying not to break it on the first day.

His free hand reached up to pull the sleeping mask partially off of his face.]

Whatever you guys are called. I forget. [A beat.]

Where can I get a car? How much do those things cost, anyway? They're kind of cool. [Truly, he possessed a sense of priority.]

Maybe. [No, that was a yes.]

I don't call myself that. I only know of one hero, really.

What exactly were you planning to do with it?

Ah, probably drive around. [Without a license.]

But they call you that. [ but, a beat, and then with interest: ] Who?

I'm, um, pretty sure you need a license for that first. You're new here, aren't you?

[Though, Kuzan thought of him as a hero for personal reasons, too.]

He took down the world's biggest criminal of the seas I come from.

Anyway, yeah. I guess I'm new. Does that matter?

Marines, that is — having to do with the sea, yes? What is it?

For all of the world? [ dang she sounds impressed ] Are seas so wide, in your world?

Um, probably because the potential threat to public safety would is a lot higher if you're driving a flying car...

[ Come to think of it, she's not even really sure if you'd call it a driving license here. Flying license, maybe? ]

Why are you so interested in the cars, anyway?

The World Government is called that, but it's a joke to say that the Marines can control that much of it.

Though, I'm not sure what you mean. I wouldn't know what seas to compare mine to.
